| 1. Soak and knead compress in a bowl of water for 2-3 minutes until completely wet. Place compress in a steamer for 10 minutes or microwave for 2 minutes until yellow oil appears. |
| 2. Test compress's temperature to avoid discomfort or burns. |
| 3. Apply compress in quick, light rubbing motions on pained area in clockwise direction. |
| 4. Body compress ball can be reused for 2-3 times. Depending on the length and usage extent per single time. |
| After first-time use keep compress ball in clean-sealed plastic bag and keep refrigerated. |
| Caution : do not use overheated compress. |
